I thought that this blog was going to be a fitness and rehabilitation blog when I started. Boy, was I wrong. Because true strength isn’t just physical. Heck, it isn’t even solely a mental attribute. True strength is encompassed by every aspect of our being and it is rooted in a God that loves us deeply and exemplifies perfect strength. He gives us His strength every day. Even when we are at our weakest moments, He is with us. Ain’t that a beautiful thing.

My name is Cindy and I am a physical therapist and Pilates instructor. I received my Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California and my Pilates instruction from Polestar Pilates.
My desire is to live life purposefully, intentionally, and boldly. I believe that true strength is a combination of mind, body, and soul and it takes courage not only to find your strength, but to unleash it for all the world to see. With a physical therapy and Pilates background, I spend my days focused on physical health, but even with patients, I see the importance and value of a holistic approach to health and wellness.
